We ❤ Strawberries!

On Saturday we headed down the river to the Hillwood Berry Farm. If you like berries this is the place to go! My toad and I enjoyed pancakes topped with strawberries, cream, ice cream and a strawberry sauce. Princess E had a huge strawberry sundae!! It was so big she couldn't eat it all so of course daddy to the rescue helped her finish it off.
Princess E checking for any ripe strawberries.

So this week we are having a 'We  strawberries' lunch!!!
Strawberry custard, Heart shaped strawberry flavoured pikelets, pink and white mini marshmallows, heart shaped strawberries, strawberry flavoured pocky's, heart shaped sandwiches.

Looking back & Things we love...

At Princess E's 18mth injections the Dr we saw had a pet fish! A very cute fighting fish.
So Princess E spent most of the appointment time walking around the surgery making fish noises (kissing noises really!).
So we go home and ask daddy "pretty please can we get a fish" of course what ever the princess want she seems to get. So we went fish shopping and this is what we came home with...

Meet bubbles!!!

So to celebrate bubbles joining out family we had to have a fish themed lunch.
Goldfish (rockmelon) in water (blue jelly), Fish biscuits (chicken drumsticks), Fish pizza, Octodog and a fish  hard boiled egg

Dinosaurs!!!!

Today's theme is Dinosaurs!
I decided dinosaurs after our visit to Tasmania Zoo on the weekend where they have just opened a new $250,000 dinosaur display! They take you on a short tour along a nice bush track where amongst the trees are dinosaurs.  Was a great family day out.

Here is a photo of Princess E up close with triceratops!

Welcome!

Welcome to Lunch at the Castle! I live in a pink castle with my daughter Princess E and my partner (who I refer to as my ugly toad) with our pet unicorn, who only comes out after dark! Well that's what I like to think anyway :)

Here I will post my weekly lunches I make for my daughter Princess E.

Here are some photos of my past lunches I have made for my daughter, nephews and a few friends.
